全球封鎖：各界頓時中斷國際與國內交流。

封鎖沉重打擊了：

國際科研合作
大學生學術訓練
中小學教育與成長

“Mission: Reconnect 2020”是一項跨學界、跨國界、跨天際之合作計劃，象徵我們重啟【地球村】之決心，雄偉地展開 2021新未來。同時也藉此計劃擴展大馬與台灣年輕人的視野和雄心壯志。

此任務:

將由國立陽明交通大學(NYCU)之 ASARe Lab 和 AeroTech Lab 主導，與馬來西亞USM 理科大學合作把【氣球艙】飛至太空邊沿。
將是一項搭載科研儀器、大學工程品和中小學作品的【希望】旅途。
將有台灣、馬來西亞等多國合作參與。

兩次【氣球艙】飛行：攜帶研究儀器和學生作品至25,000m。

2021 2-6月: 工程和搭載品籌備。

2021 5月: 主辦中小學太空營 outreach。

2021 8月: 發射 (2021 12月後備計劃)。

艙體和團隊前往馬來西亞進行組裝。
發射和向中小學網民等直播。
與當地團隊的互動和研討會。

2021 8-9月: 艙體回收+分析。

2021 9月: 採訪和紀念品分發。

2021 10-12月: 研究數據分析+任務匯報。

NYCU: 驗證有利火箭、無人機等業界之長途通訊系統。

Reconnect 2020's capsule will carry miniature research cameras to characterize the fluid and structural dynamics of the balloon envelop and parachute at high altitude, contributing to a critical field in modern aerospace science.
